How do I control the runner?
Swipe left or right to change lanes and swipe up to jump over traps. Double-tap the screen (or press the dash button) to dash once you have learned the Dash skill.
How do I finish a stage?
Each stage ends at a finish line. Cross it in the left lane to complete the stage. Arrows on the road and a "Finish left" hint show you the way. The very last finish line of the run can be crossed from any lane.
What are coins, XP and skills?
Coins are collected during a run and spent in the Shop on skins, hats, power-ups and road themes. XP raises your hero level, and every level gives you a tech point to spend in the Skills tree on permanent upgrades. If a run ends in failure you keep 80% of its coins and XP; finishing the stage keeps everything.
How do I turn off music or sound effects?
Tap the gear icon on the main menu to open Settings. You can switch music and sound effects on or off independently.
How do ads work in the game?
You can optionally watch a short video after a game over to continue your run, or to double the coins and XP you earned. An ad may also appear now and then when you start a new run. Ads never interrupt a run in progress.
How do I remove ads or restore my purchases?
Tap the coin counter (the green “+”) on the main menu or in the Shop to open the Store. There you can buy Remove Ads, coin packs and the Starter Bundle. If you reinstalled the app or changed device, tap Restore Purchases on the same screen to get Remove Ads and the Starter Bundle back.
My progress disappeared. What happened?
Your hero level, skills, best distance and unlocked items are saved only on your device, so deleting and reinstalling the app resets them. Your coin balance is kept in the iOS Keychain and usually survives a reinstall, and purchases can be restored from the Store screen.
I was charged but didn't receive my purchase.
First try Restore Purchases in the Store. If that doesn't help, email us with your order details. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple; you can also request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The game is running slowly on my device.
Try closing other apps running in the background and restarting the game. If it keeps happening, let us know your device model and iOS version.
